Succession Planning Reports
Managers run reports to help them plan for how to promote employees from the talent pool when a key role is vacated.
How to run a report
Hover over a link to view a description of the report.
- To search for a specific report, enter keywords in the Search field. The system searches on the report's name.
- To run a report, click on its name.
Types of Reports
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Training Required-Accomplished | View a list of employees for a particular succession plan, and the enrollment date(s) required for any necessary training. |
| Key Positions | View a list of key positions within an Organization, including the incumbent and the position tenure. |
| People in Key Positions | View a list of employees in key positions. |
| Succession Plans Without Successors | View a list of plans without successors, including the name of the executive with responsibility for the plan. |
| Successors Course Completion | View a list of successors in a particular plan and the date the selected course was completed. |
