Managers run reports to help them plan for how to promote employees from the talent pool when a key role is vacated.

How to run a report

  • To search for a specific report, enter keywords in the Search field. The system searches on the report's name.
  • To run a report, click on its name.

Types of Reports

Field Description
Training Required-Accomplished View a list of employees for a particular succession plan, and the enrollment date(s) required for any necessary training.
Key Positions View a list of key positions within an Organization, including the incumbent and the position tenure.
People in Key Positions View a list of employees in key positions.
Succession Plans Without Successors View a list of plans without successors, including the name of the executive with responsibility for the plan.
Successors Course Completion View a list of successors in a particular plan and the date the selected course was completed.
